초록
This study analyzes One-Person Creative Enterprise Support Centers across regions to enhance start-up policies. Surveying 11,324 companies from 2019 to 2023, it focused on start-ups, sales, investment, and employment. The metropolitan area gained 5,400 billion KRW in investment attration and recruited 22,514 employee, while the Southeast and Daejeon/Chungcheong achieved less than 50% of these metrics. ANOVA revealed significant regional differences, highlighting the need for region-specific policies. The Southeast needs improvements in consultation, education, and mentoring. Reviewing commercialization support in Daegu/Gyeongbuk could be helped. An multi-variate regression analysis of 289 Companies in the Southeast Metropolitan area showed that a government support(B = 0.158, = 0.146, p < 0.05), an R&D support(B = 0.167, = 0.172, p < 0.01), and patents(B = 0.083, = 0.175, p < 0.01) sig nificantly affected the investment attraction. Also, the R&D support(B = 0.385, = 0.121, p < 0.05) and the technology certification (B = 0.430, = 0.282, p < 0.01) significantly impacted sales. These findings could provide valuable data for establishing effective and region-specific policies.
