이 연구의 목적은 농업교사의 전문성 요인 척도를 개발하는데 있었다. 구체적으로 척도개발의 과정과 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 농업교사의 전문성 요인에 대한 예비문항은 선행연구를 통해서 150개 문항을 작성하였다. 둘째, 전문성 요인을 개발하기 위해서 예비조사와 본조사를 걸쳐서 문항의 적합도 과정을 거치면서 문항을 수정하고, 적합하지 않은 문항을 제외시켜서 최종적으로 5개요인(자질 및 태도, 교과지도, 자기개발노력, 생활지도, 학급경영) 53개 문항을 개발하였다. 셋째, 개발된 척도에 대해서 내용타당도와 구인타당도를 검증한 결과 농업교사의 직무를 수행하고 있는 내용과 일치하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 개발된 전문성 척도에 대해서 중요도 인식 정도를 검증한 결과 농업교사의 배경변인(연령, 학력, 경력)에 따라서 중요도 인식 정도에 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 이 연구는 농업교사의 교육의 지표를 제공하고, 장차 교사가 되려고 하는 예비교사들과 이미 교직에 임하고 있는 현직 교사들의 전문성 향상을 위한 방향을 제시하는데 기여하게 될 것으로 본다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to develop the expertise factors of agricultural teachers. Concretely, the contents and process of development of the factors are as followings: First, 150 preliminary questions for the expertise factors of agricultural teachers were made accordingly to the preceeding research. Second, to develop the expertise factors, corrected through the procession of the adequacy of the questions after carrying out preliminary and main research, finally 53 questions of 5 factors(aptitude and attitude, teaching method, the efforts for self development, guidance on the students' life, class management)except the unsuitable questions were developed . Third, as the result of verifying the content propriety and the propriety in selecting the people, it appeared that they are conformable with the content of the agricultural teachers' conducting their duty . Forth, as the result of verifying the degree of perceiving importance about developed expertise factors, I could find that it is different accordance with the background variation of the agricultural teachers(age, educational degree, experience). Therefore, this research is expected to provide an indicator for education of agricultural teachers, and to contribute to showing the direction for improving the expertise of the prospective teachers to want to be and the current teachers.
