한국판 성인용 자기 보고형 및 관찰자 보고형 Young ADHD 척도의 신뢰도 및 타당도 연구

본 연구에서는 YAQ-S와 YAQ-I를 우리말로 번안하여 그 신뢰도와 타당도를 알아보고자 하였다. 먼저 신뢰도 분 석 결과, K-YAQ-S와 K-YAQ-I는 내적 일치도 면에서 신뢰로운 평가 도구임이 확인되었고, 문항-총점간 상관 계수도 양호하였다. 이후 타당도 분석 결과, K-YAQ-S와 K-YAQ-I와 성인기 주의력 결핍 설문지와 유의미한 상관이 나타났다. 또한 K-YAQ-S는 ADHD 증상, 정서적 문제, 비행 문제, 사회적 기능의 4 요인으로 구성되어 있었고, K-YAQ-I는 ADHD 증상 및 공격적 행동, 정서적 문 제 및 사회적 기능, 범법 문제 요인의 3 요인으로 이루어져 있음을 보였다. K-YAQ-S와 K-YAQ-I의 소척도에서 남녀 간 평균을 비교했을 때, ADHD 증상 척도 자체에서는 성차가 나타나지 않았다. 또한 K-YAQ-S에서는 비행 척도에서 남성이 여성에 비해 더 많은 문제 행동을 보고했지만, K-YAQ-I에서는 비행 척도에서 유의미한 성차가 보고되지 않았다. 아울러 K-YAQ-S와 K-YAQ-I에서 모두 여성이 남성에 비해 정서 문제가 높게 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 성인기 ADHD 증상 및 관련 문제들을 평정하기 위한 도구인 K-YAQ-S와 K-YAQ-I는 일반 대학생들 및 그들의 가족을 대상으로 타당화 연구가 이루어졌다. 따라서 후속 연구에서는 성인 ADHD 집단, 다른 정신과적 환자 집단, 일반 집단 간의 감별 연구로 이 척도의 타당성을 연구할 필요가 있겠다.
Abstract
Objectives：The purpose of this study is to assess the psychometric properties and to investigate factor structure of the Korean version of the Young ADHD Questionnaire-Self-Report (K-YAQ-S) and the Young ADHD Questionnaire-Informant-Report (K-YAQ-I). Methods：269 normal college students completed the K-YAQ-S and the Lee Ji-Yeon’s adult ADHD scale (1996). 213 informants of the subjects completed the K-YAQ-I. Results：The K-YAQ-S and the K-YAQ-I had good internal consistency (Cronbach’s =.957, .965). An ADHD symptomatology and emotional problem subscales of the K-YAQ-S showed strong correlation with the Lee Ji-Yeon’s adult ADHD scale. The delinquency and social functioning subscales of the K-YAQ-S and all subscales of the K-YAQ-I correlated significantly but were relatively lower. An exploratory factor analysis showed that the K-YAQ-S revealed 4 factors (ADHD symptomatology, emotional problems, delinquency, social functioning) and the K-YAQ-I being composed of 3 factors (ADHD symptomatology/ aggressive behavior, emotional problem/social functioning, illegal act). Conclusion：These results suggest that the K-YAQ-S and the K-YAQ-I rating scale is a reliable and a valid test. These scales would be useful in diagnostic evaluation and in measuring the treatment effect for ADHD adult. (J Korean Neuropsychiatr Assoc 2006;45(6):578-587)
