최근에 6차산업화 정책이 추진되고 있는데, 농업인의 소규모 창업경영체는 마케팅, 금융, 상품개발 등에 있어서 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 이 연구는 농업인의 소규모 창업경영체에 대한 기업가 지향성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석대상은 농촌진흥청과 농업기술원의 지원을 받은 경영체를 대상으로 하였다. 분석결과, 소규모 창업경영체의 운영은 여성이 많았고, 상대적으로 젊은 층이었다. 그리고 기업가 지향성의 혁신성과 위험감수성은 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 기업가 지향성 중 진취성은 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 따라서 리더쉽 교육, 경영체 스스로의 역량강화, 맞춤형 정책지원과 유형화가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.
Abstract
Recently, the 6th industrialization policy has been pursued, and small start-up businesses of farmers are having difficulties in marketing, finance, and product development. This study analyzed the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on small business start-ups of farmers in business performance. The subjects of the analysis were rural development administrations and the management of agricultural research & extension services. As a result of the analysis, the management of small start-up businesses was mainly women and relatively young. In addition, innovation and risk-taking of entrepreneurial orientation have a positive effect on financial performance and non-financial performance. In addition, proactiveness of entrepreneurial orientation did not have statistically significant effects on financial performance and non-financial performance. Therefore, leadership education, management’s own capacity building, customized policy support and typification would be needed.
