본 연구는 개별화, 개성화 되어가는 의류용 직물의 프린트디자인 표현효과를 위하여 플로랄패턴의 소재로써의 가능성과 구현효과의 확장에 관한 연구이다. 꽃을 이용한 플로랄패턴은 패션소재에서 가장 대중적이고 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있으며, 미래에도 표현형상과 다양한 이미지를 통하여 주요한 테마로 활용되어질 것이 분명하다. 이에, 자연 상태의 꽃을 플로랄모티프로 구현하는 수단으로 디지털매체를 통한 모티프 변이과정과 패턴화 과정에서 활용되는 프로그램의 유용한 효율적 특성을 제시하였다. 2D 프로그램인 “포토샵”은 이미지 변형과 합성, 복사, 이동 등의 편집에서 유용하게 활용되었고, 텍스타일CAD 프로그램인 “4D-box”는 색정리와 컬러웨이 작업에 유용하게 활용되었다. 동일 모티프를 활용한 패턴화 과정에서는 디지털매체의 기능과 구현효과에 따라 각 디자인 결과물의 감성이미지와 표면효과가 매우 광범위하게 나타났다. 미래의 패션마켓은 프린트직물 표면효과의 중요성이 더욱 부각되고, 다양화, 개별화, 개성화되는 소비자의 욕구에 부응하기 위해 독창적이고 고급화되어가는 추세에 있다. 디지털매체의 특성을 활용한 플로랄패턴 구현의 확장은 현대인의 복합적인 감성을 반영하고 내재적 욕구를 수용하기 위한 수단이며, 다품종 소량생산을 지향하는 패션마켓에서 소재분야의 확장을 위한 효율적 수단이다.
Abstract
This study has investigated Floral pattern’s potential as a fashion material to enhance the expressive effect of fashion fabric print design and expand the effect of materialization. Floral pattern occupies the most popular and important position in the fashion fabrics. In addition, a variety of shapes and images of floral patterns will be used as the main theme in the future. Accordingly, this study examined the useful properties of digital program in the process of modification of floral patterns. Adobe Photoshop, the 2D graphic software, was useful for editing such as image transformation, composition, copy and move. 4D-box, a textile CAD software, was useful for color operating and color-way. In the process of patterning, the sensitivity of the output image and the surface of patterns was expressed variously depending on the effect of digital media features. Fashion market of the future, importance of the printed-fabric surface effect is even more apparent. And a unique and luxurious fashion fabrics are required to diversified and individualized fashion consumers. Implementation of floral pattern using the characteristics of digital media is an efficient means of reflecting the complex sensitivity of contemporary people and accepting of their internal needs. Also, that is an efficient means for fashion fabric market for diversified small-quantity production.
