浅析中国职业体育主体间的法律关系

我国体育职业化的快速发展，各种矛盾相继凸现出来，也带来了法律上的问题。什么是职业体育？ 职业体育在市场运营过程中各主体的法律关系如何定位，单项体育协会在其活动中扮演的角色，是学者普遍关注的问题。本文作者主要从职业体育单项体育协会、俱乐部、运动员之间的法律关系进行分析，力求对此问题有一个较清楚的认识，并期望对我国职业体育的立法提供参考。
Abstract
With China's rapid development of professional sports, various contradictions have emerged,also brought legal problems. What is professional sports? How to locate the relations of thesubjects of the Professional sports when in the process of market operations ,and what is therole of sports federations in its activities, are the common concern of scholars. In this articlethe auther analyze this issue mainly from the angle of the legal relations amongprofessional sports federations, clubs and atheles. Strive to have a more clear understandingand expectation for our professional sports legislation to provide a reference.
