어머니 코칭을 통한 긍정적행동지원이 자폐스펙트럼장애 자녀의 이식행동과 어머니의 양육스트레스와 효능감에 미치는 변화

본 연구는 긍정적행동지원을 부모에게 코칭하였을 때 자폐스펙트럼장애 자녀의 이식행동에 미치는 영향과 어머니의 양육스트레스 및 양육 효능감에 미치는 변화를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상자는 자폐스펙트럼장애 만 7세 남자아동과 그 어머니로 2018년 3월부터 6월까지 주2회 30분씩 총 30회기로 집중지원을 하였다. 어머니에게 긍정적행동지원의 전략을 코칭하여 자녀에게 실시한 연구로 연구설계는 단일대상연구방법인 AB설계를 적용하였다. 독립변인으로는 긍정적행동지원중재인 환경중재, 선행사건 중재, 행동중재, 후속결과 중재를 실시하였으며 종속변인은 자녀의 이식행동과 어머니의 양육스트레스와 효능감이다. 자녀의 이식행동은 기초선 대비 중재효과를 빈도분석하여 평균과 경향성, PND로 분석되었고 부모의 스트레스와 양육효능감은 체크리스트를 통해 백분율화 하여 사전사후 비교를 하였다. 연구결과, 자녀의 이식행동은 비교적 감소되었고, 부모의 양육스트레스의 경우도 중재 후 감소하였다. 또한 부모의 양육효능감은 중재 후 상승하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 긍정적 행동지원 전략을 전문가가 부모에게 코칭하여 자녀에게 실시 하는 경우, 이식행동의 소거와 동시에 아동의 행동을 이해하고 양육 스트레스 감소와 양육효능감을 높이는데 변화가 있었다는 것을 말해준다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out an impact of autistic child’s pica behavior, parenting stress and efficacy through mother coaching based on positive behavior support. The participants were the autistic child aged 7, male and his mother. The program conducted for 3 months, twice per week, 30 minutes for each session. The research was conducted that mother conducted PBS to her child through mother coaching from professionals. The research method is single subject, Independent variable was intervention of environment, antecedent, behavior, consequence in PBS, and dependent variables were autistic child’s pica behavior, his mother’s stress and efficacy. The child’s pica behavior was analyzed by frequency, mean, trend-line and PND method, parenting stress and efficacy was by percentage of pre-post comparison. The results of this study were that the frequency of autistic child’s pica behavior relatively decreased compared to baseline, it means relatively positive change. The frequency of parenting stress also decreased and the parenting efficacy increased compared to pre-test score. Therefore, this study shows an autistic child’s pica behavior’s extinction, decrease of parenting stress and increase of parenting efficacy when mother involved the behavioral intervention directly through mother coaching based on PBS.
