본 연구의 목적은 장애학생의 휴업일 프로그램의 운영을 효율적으로 지원하기 위한 방안을 제시하기 위함이다. 장애학생 휴업일 프로그램 운영과 관련되는 10명의 연구참여자를 대상으로 개별 면담 및 소집단 면담 등을 통하여 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 먼저 4명의 특수학교 및 특수학급 교사를 대상으로 장애학생의 휴업일 지원의 운영에 대한 실태와 문제점 등을 알아보았고, 사회복지사가 포함된 6명의 특수교육 관련 전문가와 개별 또는 소집단 면담을 통하여 장애학생의 휴업일 지원의 효율성을 보장하기 위한 방안을 논의에서 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 장애학생을 위한 휴업일 지원을 위한 효율성은 운영의 내실화 방안, 지원의 내실화 방안, 그리고 인식의 내실화 방안 등이 제시되었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to suggest the supporting system for effective leisure activities during non-school days for students with disabilities. The ten people, four special teachers and six professional persons who are working for social welfare, special education, and education administration, were participated. The situation and problems in the leisure activities during non-school days for students with disabilities were analyzed from four special teachers based on individual and small group interviews. The effective management of the leisure activities during non-school days for students with disabilities were suggested from other six persons with individual and small group interviews. This study suggested three systems such as management, supporting, and attitudes on leisure activities during non-school days for students with disabilities have to be considered.
