소아정신과 치료서비스의 이용실태와 만족도 및 인식: 부모를 대상으로 한 조사연구

Abstract

This study aimed to provide information on the therapeutic services of child psychiatric clinics, which are provided to children with special needs as related services. To do this, a questionnaire was distributed to 117 parents whose children were receiving therapeutic services at child psychiatric clinics, and 108 questionnaires were returned. Out of 108 returned questionnaires, 93 questionnaires were used for data analyses in the present study. The data from the 93 questionnaires were analyzed to answer three research questions as follows: ① What is the current utilization status of the therapeutic services which child psychiatric clinics provide to children with special needs? ② How much are parents satisfied with the therapeutic services which child psychiatric clinics provide to their children with special needs? ③ How do parents perceive the therapeutic services which child psychiatric clinics provide to their children with special needs? The results of data analyses were presented in order of the three research questions. Finally, the results were discussed and several suggestions were presented for future related research.
