초록

본 연구의 목적은 아스퍼거 장애(Asperger Disorder: AD)의 인지적 특성을 밝히는데 있다. 이를 위해 만 10세∼15세 사이의 아스퍼거 장애 집단과 일반 집단 각 18명을 대상으로 K-WISC-Ⅳ의 전체검사 IQ(FSIQ)와 각 지능 범주별 4요인 지표지수와 소검사 문항을 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, FSIQ는 집단간 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 아스퍼거 장애 집 단의 FSIQ, PRI, WMI는 평균 하 수준(80～89)이며, 일반 집단과 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 소검사 문항 중 이해(CO), 빠진 곳 찾기(PCm), 행렬추리(MR), 순차 연결(LN), 기호쓰기(CD) 동형찾기(SS) 문항에서 낮은 수행을 보이며 소검사 문항별 불균형한 양상을 보였다. 아스퍼거 장애 집단은 사회적 판단력과 이해, 본질과 비본질을 구별하는 시지각 인지 및 정보처리의 효율성에서 낮은 결과를 보였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 제한점과 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find the cognitive characteristics of Asperger disorder. 18 Asperger disorders and the same number of normals aged 10 to 15 are tested to score the full scale IQ by K-WISC-Ⅳ and the results of the four factors and subtests are analyzed at each categories. The research resulted as followings: First, FSIQ has the substantial amount of statistical difference between two groups. FSIQ, PRI, and WMI of Asperger disorders are below than average and it is statistically different from them of normals. Second, Asperger disorders show the poor performance at CO, PCm, MR, LN, CD and SS and the imbalance among the subtests. Asperger disorder group have the low social judgment, understanding, visual perception and processing efficiency to figure out the true or false. Accordingly the limitations of this study and proposals for further study are discussed.
