손해보험사 직원의 직무스트레스 실증분석: 자동차보상직원을 중심으로

본 연구는 자동차보상직원의 조직생활에서 직무와 관련하여 발생하는 직무스트레스의 주된 원인을 규명하고, 직무스트레스요인이 직무만족과 이직의도에 미치는 영향, 직무만족이 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 수도권 및 부산, 대전광역시에 근무하는 자동차보상직원 382명의 응답을 표본으로 SPSS/PC+를 이용하여 검증하였다. 연구결과, 직무스트레스 요인 중 직무자율성, 조직체계, 보상의 적절성, 조직문화는 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무요구, 직무자율성, 보상의 적절성, 조직문화는 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직무만족이 높을수록 이직의도는 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점과 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study examined the main causes of job stress automobile claim adjusters have. And the effects job stress has on turnover intention and job satisfaction were also analyzed. The 382 people automobile claim adjusters in Seoul, Busan and Daejeon were invited to the questionnaire for Factor Analysis using SPSS. The job stress factors such as appropriateness of compensation, organizational system, job autonomy have significant effects on job satisfaction. And the turnover intention was also significantly affected by such stress factors as appropriateness of compensation, job requirement, organizational culture and job autonomy. As we had expected the higher job satisfaction was, the lower turnover intention was. Based on the findings we had, some implications, limitations of the study were also suggested.
