청소년 자해 행동의 치료 및 예방과 기독교 상담학적 방안

초록

자신의 신체에 상처를 입히는 청소년들의 자해행동은 만성적, 반복적으로진행되면서 때로는 심각한 안전문제를 유발, 사망을 초래 할 수 있는 위험한정신병리적 행동이다. 또한 자해행동은 자살과 인터넷 중독, 비행, 섭식장애,우울증, 정신분열증 등의 청소년기 문제행동 및 정신장애와 밀접하게 연결되어 있기 때문에 청소년 자해행동을 치료, 예방할 수 있는 방안 및 대책마련이 시급하다. 그러나 현재 국내의 경우, 청소년 문제와 관련해서 비행과인터넷 중독, 자살에 대한 연구에 치우쳐 있으며, 자해행동에 관해서는 별도의 연구나 조사가 실행되지 않고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 청소년자해행위에 대한 전반적인 이해와 함께 치료 및 예방을 위한 기독교상담학적 방안으로 치유상담, 위기상담, 직면상담, 집단상담, 영적성숙을 위한 자기수련법들을 제시하고, 상담내용 및 효과에 대해서 고찰했다. 그 결과, 자해행증가하는 것으로 추정된다. 또한 청소년기 다양한 문제행동과 밀접하게 연관되어 있는 자해행동을 근본적으로 치료하기 위해서는 성경적 접근으로 기독교상담이 활용될 필요가 있으며. 상담이론 및 방법에 대한 구체적인 연구가 요구된다. 동의 극단적인 형태인 청소년 자살이 급속하게 증가하면서 자해청소년들도

Abstract

Juveniles who injury upon themselves made progress to severe problem repetitively and chronically. In addition, this problem rise to death or dangerous psychiatric or pathological acts. Furthermore, self-injurious behavior connect closely with suicide, internet addiction, delinquency,eating disorder, depression and schizophrenia. Therefore, we should make the alternative plan to preventive, therapeutic and to remove their self-injurious behavior. But juveniles problem in korea, delinquency,internet addition and suicide was studying actually till now. On the other hand, self-injurious behavior of juveniles did not study scarcely. Through this article, I study about alternative plan in Christian counseling to help their self-injurious behavior. Consequently, radical shape of them should be reach the suicide, today its keep on the running rapidly. Also juvenile’s self-injurious behavior is increasing too. In addition, juveniles self-injurious behavior correlate with various problem. Therefore the fundamental therapeutic approach must be utilized with biblical Christian counseling. On behalf of their change, I suggest the alternative plan in christianity: these are healing counseling. crisis counseling, confrontation counseling, group counseling, self discipline for spiritual growth.
