초록

교사장(The Master Teacher)이 되시는 예수 그리스도의 가르치는 사역에 있어 서 가장 주요한 방법은 비유로 가르치는 것이었다. 예수님이 가르치신 것의 1/3이 비유로 전달되었다. 그렇다면 하나님의 말씀을 가르치는 사역자들은 예수님의 비유로 가르치심을 전반적으로 살펴보고, 그분의 교수법의 원칙들 을 확인해야 한다. 그리고 그 원칙들을 가지고 스스로의 교수 사역을 반성적 으로 점검해 볼 필요가 있다. 예수님의 비유로 가르치심을 통해서 적어도 다음 세 가지의 분명한 교육 적원칙을발견할수있었다. 첫째는학생들의수준에맞게교육내용을전 달하는 것이다. 둘째는 지적인 도전을 주는 방식으로 교육 내용을 전달하는 것이다. 셋째는 전달자의 인격이 학생들의 학습에 지대한 영향을 끼친다는 것이다. 이와 같은 원칙들은 말씀을 가르치는 사역자들이 자신의 사역을 돌 아보는 시금석으로 삼아야 할 것이라 여겨진다.

Abstract

Jesus as the Master Teacher taught the Kingdom of God by way of parables. More than one third of His teaching in the Synoptic Gospels was delivered by way of parables. If that is the case, it is necessary to clarify the two following things through the bird’s-eye view of Jesus’ parables. First, the Christian ministers who teach the Word of God try to find the important teaching principles found in His teaching ministry. Second, they should reflect and evaluate their own teaching ministry based on the principles. In this research, the researcher presented the three teaching principles which can be found in the teaching ministry of Jesus. First, Jesus delivered His teaching contents in the consideration of His disciples’ ability to understand. Second, the teaching contents stimulated intellectual curiosity of the disciples and promoted the communication between Jesus and His disciples. Third, the personal truthfulness of Christian ministers make enormous impact on the learning experiences of their students. These three principles seem to play the role of a touchstone to reflect and evaluate their own teaching ministries.
