한국교회 설교의 근본적 문제점: QT 수준에서 이루어지는 성경 해석의심리화(心理化)－사사화(私事化)와적용의 정형화(定型化)

현대 한국 교회의 설교의 근본적 문제점은 주석을 할 때에는 QT 수준의 분석을 통해 사사화 (私事化) 와 심리화 (心理化) 의 경향을 보이고 있을 뿐 아니라,적용을 할 때에도 QT 수준 “예배, 순종, 기도” 등의 매우 정형화 (定型化) 된종교적 권면이 반복되는 경향을 보이는 데 있다. 본 논문은 한국 교회의 대표적 강해 설교자인 김서택 목사의 여호수아서 6 장의 설교를 분석함으로 이런문제점의 원인이 무엇인지를 분석하여 보았다. 그 결과 2000 년의 교회사에서성경 주석의 기본 해석방법으로 검증된 문법적－역사적－신학적 주석 방법을성경 본문을 주해할 때 적절하게 사용하지 않은 것이 결정적 원인임을 확인하였다. 성경은 하나님이 만드셨고, 인간이 기록하여, 언어적으로 조건지어지고역사적으로 조건지어진 (하나님과 인간의 역사적 행동에 의해) 책이다. 따라서한국 교회의 설교의 위기를 극복하려면 이런 성경의 성격에 맞는 주석법인 문법적 역사적 신학적 주해에 설교자들이 더 깊은 관심을 기울여야 한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this essay is to demonstrate that fundamental problems of many modern Korean preachers are privatizing and psychologizing tendencies in their exegesis of biblical texts and uniform religious applications in their sermon makings at the level of layman’s ‘Quiet Time’. For this purpose we analyze a sermon of ‘Joshua 6’ by one of the most famous preachers in Korea, Rev. Stek Kim. This analysis shows that the fundamental problems of many modern Korean preachings result from the neglect of use of the traditional biblical exegetical methods, so-called “the grammatical-historical-theological methods”, in their exegesis and sermon-makings. As we all know, the Bible is a God-produced, humanly written, linguistically qualified, historically conditioned book. Therefore, the preachers must use the grammatical-historical-theological methods in order to do justice to this nature of the Bible.
