The purpose of this study was to look the problem about match fixing of K-League, which is a type of sports crime, squarely and consider its ethical responsibility and alternative plan. The study found the individual cause of match fixing in absence of ethical consciousness originated from ignorance and force and found its social cause in survival problem, social relationship and economic problem of soccer player. Therefore, the study tried to solve problem by considering the proposition, éthos(shared standard of social standards) as well as the aspect to reinforce ethical autonomy and subjectivity of individual as an alternative plan of the case. The éthos that is suggested as the foundation to eradicate unfair activity will be a model to understand other person and search for liberty of value when sportsmanship exists. In other words, éthos will be a clue to offset ethical dilemma derived from sports situation and environment and solve ethical problem. It was found that for the future of all sports, sports players and related people should secure subjectivity and meaningful self-reflection through social alternative plan and individual alternative plan.
