공급체인관리(SCM)에서 고객의 반응에 민감하게 대처하기 위해서는 부품이나 자재를 공급하는 협력업체를 정확하게 평가하고 선정하는 것이 중요하다. 협력업체 평가와 관련된 요인들 중에는 수치적으로 표현 가능한 정량적인 요인이 있는 반면에, 협력업체 제품의 품질이나 재정적 상태와 같은 수치적으로 표현 불가능한 정성적인 요인도 포함되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 정량적인 요인과 정성적인 요인을 퍼지추론(Fuzzy Inference)을 통해 함께 분석해서 협력업체를 평가할 수 있는 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 이 방법은 퍼지규칙을 도출하는 과정에서 특정 평가요인에 가중치를 고려한 퍼지규칙을 만들어 평가할 수 있게 해준다. 이를 통하여 SCM 환경에서 성공적인 협력관계를 지속적으로 유지할 수 있게 된다.
Abstract
In the supply chain management, selecting a competent supplier is very important to meet the customer demand quickly. Several quantitative and qualitative evaluation factors of the potential suppliers should be analyzed. This paper suggests a methodology using fuzzy theory with weighting factors for selecting a competent supplier. The methodology deals with both the quantitative and qualitative factors together through fuzzy inference and shows how to handle weighting in the fuzzy rules. A case study is also presented to show how to choose the best one among three potential suppliers.
