북한이탈주민의 사과 화행 사용 양상 조사

이 연구에서는 96명의 북한이탈주민을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하여 북한이탈주민의 화행 사용의 양상을 사과하는 말과 관련된 부분, 구체적인 상황이 주어졌을 때 나타나는 사과 화행 사용 양상 등의 두 유형으로 나누어 확인하였다. 사과하는 말을 사용하는 방법에 대해서는 직접적으로 한다는 응답이92.93%이고 간접적으로 한다는 응답은 7.07%였다. 북한이탈주민이 사과행위를 수행하는 방식은 직접적으로 말하는 경향이 매우 높다는 것을 알수 있다. 설문 조사의 결과를 보면, 남북한 사람이 서로 사과할 때 사용하는 말에 대하여 89.47%가 다르다고 인식하고 있었으며 특히 51.02%는 ‘사과하는 말’이 서로 다르다라고 응답하였다. 사과는 상호성을 전제로 하고 있으며 화자의 입장에서는 자신이 체면이 상하는 부담이 있는 화행이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 사과를 한다는 것은 자신이 살고 있는 사회 안에서 지켜지는 규범을 인정하는 사회적인행위인 것이다. 따라서 사과 행위에 대해 이해한다는 것은 의사소통의규칙과 상호작용에서 공유된 규칙뿐만 아니라 의사소통의 사례 및 상호작용 과정의 맥락과 내용에 있어서 바탕이 되는 문화적인 규칙과 지식도이해한다는 의미가 된다.
Abstract
This study was examined in the aspect of the use in the speech acts of North Korean refugees as carrying out the research about 96North Korean refugees as the subject. The aspect of the use in the speech acts was identified as the division of two types, that is, the part related with the words of apology and the aspect of the use in the speech acts of apology used when concrete situation was given. The respondents of 92.93 percent used the direct way for using the words of apology. On the other hands, the respondents of 7.07percent used it. North Korean refugees used the way of direct apology very high. According to the result of survey, the respondents of 89.47 percent realized the difference of words used in apologizing between south and north korean. Especially, respondents of 51.02percent answered the difference of each other for using the words of apology. The apology premise the mutual thing and the speech acts which make narrator lose face. Nevertheless, the act of apology is the social act which means admitting norm followed in society. The understanding of the act of apology means not only the rule of communication and interaction but also cultural rule and knowledge which underlie their example of communication and the procedure of interaction in the context and the content. The aspect of use in the speech acts was investigated as element necessary to improve speaking ability of North Korean refugees in this survey, because the ability of their communication means the foundation of adopting to society. Therefore, the result of this survey is expected not only to improve speaking ability of North Korean refugees but also to find a way to plan social adoption and the establishment of desirable relationship in the future.
