초록
As the demand for electricity keeps growing, a variety of systems to generate electricity have been developed. Among them, wind turbines are by far the best energy harvesters, and the greatest efficiency is known in Western countries. However, wind turbines are usually influenced by the geographical characteristics of their surroundings such as surface roughness, shape of terrain, etc. Therefore, it is important to find flow characteristics over a variety of roughness conditions, and depending on the variation, the design of wind turbines and even wind farms is properly made. Therefore, we aimed to study the surface pressure variation around surface roughness with changing arrangement patterns and area density. Therefore, surface pressure variation around surface roughness was made and analyzed in terms of mean and fluctuating pressure. In addition, in order to observe the flow close to surface roughness, the correlation between two different types of roughness was also obtained. As a result, there was a strong correlation between sidewalls of roughness at an area density of 25 %, a little relation at 17 %, and a little correlation at 11 %.
