청년 매입임대주택 입주자 선호도 특성 분석

Abstract

The government prepared and promoted various housing support policies for young people whose living environment has deteriorated. In particular, it is evaluated that it greatly contributed to the stability of housing for young people by supplying purchase rental housing that can be quickly supplied where necessary to young people. However, in order to solve the housing problem for young people, it is very important to expand the quantitative supply and supply housing that meets the housing needs of young people. The purpose of this study is to analyze the data on the subscription status of youth purchase rental housing supplied from Seoul to identify the preference characteristics of youth purchase rental housing tenants, and further to present developmental suggestions to be used in youth purchase rental housing policies. To this end, a case survey and an interview survey were conducted based on the competition rate for subscription. As a result of the case survey, the 'dedicated area' of housing characteristics factors, the 'subway accessibility' of location characteristics factors, and the 'rental type' of economic and rental characteristics factors were found to be highly differentiated between non-preferred and preferred houses. In addition, through the interview survey, it was confirmed that the items that young people consider important when choosing purchased rental housing were "adjacentness to the main activity space," "accessibility to the subway," "housing deterioration," "rental type," "dedicated area," and "rental fee."
