초록
The adoption of a jack-up–type substructure offers a practical route to markedly reduce the installation cost of fixed-bottom offshore wind turbines. Major modules are pre-assembled onshore, wet-towed to the site by tugs, and self-installed by an onboard jacking system, reducing reliance on heavy-lift vessels and shortening weather windows. To evaluate structural safety, a global analysis was performed within a Load and Resistance Factor Design (LRFD) framework in accordance with DNV guidance to verify global strength, plating buckling, and overturning stability under governing ultimate limit state (ULS) and accidental limit state (ALS) conditions.
