연속지적도의 세계측지계 변환방법에 관한 연구

Abstract

For National Geographical Information System(NGIS), many countries have effectively been establishing National Spatial Data Infrastructure(NSDI) by developing and maintaining standardization of geographical information. In Korea, both cadastral map and topographical map are the most fundamental data used for spatial data. Recently, most of municipalities establish seamless cadastral maps to support a right decision of national policy. In this context, this study aims to suggest an effective approach for spatial data service by matching seamless cadastral maps and digital topographical maps. DB conversion of maps were focused on adopting the World Geodetic Coordinate System. Spatial data regarding land is the basis of NGIS to be managed and maintained with standardization promoting the balanced national development and effective use. Standardized spatial data should not only provide a variety of spatial information to end users but also be utilized as a fundamental data for establishing national development plans. Additionally, they should be developed with high value-added industry.
