본 연구는 2021년부터 도해지적에 적용될, 지역좌표체계에서 세계좌표체계로의 변환을 대비하기 위해 기획되었으며, 새로운 지적기준점들을 이용하여 두 좌표체계 사이의 좌표 차이를 비교하고 정량화하는 것으로 구성되었다. 본 연구를 위해 먼저 기존에 존재하는 지적기준점간의 성과 차이를 산출하기 위해 두 종류의 망 조정을 실시하였다. 하나는 지적기준점이 각 시군 단위로 관리되기 때문에 시군 단위로 시행되었고, 다른 하나는 시도 단위로 실시되었다. 그 결과 세계측지계 좌표로 변환할 때 고려되어야 할 지역 특성에 맞는 변위량을 도출함으로써 향후 지적측량성과의 관리방안을 제안하고자 한다.
Abstract
This study is planned to prepare for the conversion from a local coordinate system to a world coordinate system which will be applied into graphical cadastre since 2021. It is composed by comparing and fixing the quantity of the coordinate difference between above two kinds of coordinate systems using new cadastral control points. Two types of network adjustments for this study are accomplished to compute the amount of the difference of the result among existing cadastral control points. One of the network adjustments is executed within every county and district boundary as the cadastral control points are managed by the unit of each country and district, while the other is executed within every city and province boundary. As a result, the management plan of cadastral survey outcome is suggested by computing the amount of the difference caused by converting the local coordinate system into a world coordinate system on the basis of local specifics, which should be carefully considered when a local coordinate system is converted into a world coordinate system.
