Abstract

The Lee, M.B Administration‘s diplomatic policy has attached importance to the maritime powers of U.S.A, Japan and so on. The practical diplomatic policy in the M.B Administration asks for breaking with a geopolitical allied relations in the period of the cold war. Therefore, the authorities concerned must amend thoughts of the existing diplomatic policy that the diplomacy toward Russia is secondary as the Korean government position. The Russian government agrees to a proposal of the basic plan that the M.B Administration tries to make the Far East region in Russia the axis of peace with a regional economy. Accordingly, the M.B Administration has actively need of their own will to practice the project after it makes a concrete plan with the Russia government. The M.B Administration‘s diplomatic strategy toward Russia must be performed with thinking of an effect a dual expectation. It is the strategy that Korea secures energy resources in the Far Eastern region, Russia, and that Korea makes North Korea lead to reform & open policy. For this plan, the M.B Administration must amend thoughts of diplomatic strategy that the diplomacy toward Russia is smust transfer the economic cooperative policy toward Russia to a policy of regarding investment important to consider a variable of N.K.econdary as the Korean government position, and the Korean government
