북한 개성공업지구 확정 측량 시 북한에서 제공한 삼각점좌표를 이용하여 개성공업지구를 측량하였으며 제공한 좌표를 활용, 비교분석하여 차후 북한에서 측량방법을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 지적공사에서 측량한 북한의 개성공업지구의 기준점 성과를 이용하여 우리나라의 좌표계의 차이를 여러 가지 방식으로 분석하고 차후 통일된 성과로 지적도면을 제작함을 목적으로 하고 있다. 따라서 토지조사 당시 도곽 구획 좌표와 북한에서 제공한 좌표를 이용하여 타원체간의 변환을 통해 북한에서 지적측량 시행 시 통일된 좌표를 이용하는 방안을 제안하는 데 있다.
Abstract
This study aims at making a comparatively study using the triangulation coordinates which North Korea provided during the confirmation surveying for cadastre at Kaesong Industrial Complex, then presenting the way of surveying for next projects in North Korea. This study analyzes the differences between both Korean coordinates systems by the products of control points which were surveyed by Korea Cadastral Survey Corporation at Kaesong Industrial Complex, then aims at producing cadastral maps with unified surveying products. Therefore, it would be deeply managed how thoroughly utilize the unified coordinates, while cadastral surveying is performed in North Korea, through transformation between both ellipsoids using both the coordinates which North Korea offered and the coordinates of map quadrangles division achieved at the time of land investigation.
