대학생의 진로의사결정 성숙수준에 따른 진로결정 문제 분석

본 연구에서 대학생의 진로의사결정에 대해 진로의사결정 성숙수준이라는 개념을 적용하여 성숙한 진로의사결정과 미숙한 진로의사결정이 어떤 영역에서 차이가 있는지, 각 성숙수준별로 예측변인이 무엇인지에 대해 살펴보았다. 대학교 3-4학년 학생 347명에 대해 진로의사결정 성숙수준을 평가하고, 상(성숙집단), 중(중간집단), 하(미숙집단) 세 수준에 따른 진로결정문제 영역의 차이를 검증하였다. 성숙집단은 141명, 중간집단은 165명, 미숙집단은 41명이었다. 진로결정문제를 진로결정문제척도(CDDQ), 직업적 자아개념명료화척도, 특성불안검사, 의존적 의사결정유형 하위척도를 통해 파악하고 영역별로 진로결정문제에 대해 일원변량분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과로 성숙집단과 미숙집단은 특성불안을 제외한 모든 영역에서 유의미한 차이가 있었고, 성숙집단과 중간집단은 우유부단함을 제외한 모든 영역에서 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 중간집단과 미숙집단은 진로결정과정에 대한 지식, 자신에 대한 정보, 직업에 대한 정보, 추가적인 정보를 얻는 방법에 대한 정보, 직업적 자아개념명료화 등 정보관련 영역에서 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 각 집단의 진로결정문제를 예측하는 변인으로 전체집단과 중간집단에서는 직업적 자아개념명료화와 의존적 의사결정이 유의미하였고, 성숙집단은 직업적 자아개념명료화만 유의미하게 나타났다. 미숙집단은 유의미한 결과가 나타나지 않았다. 이상 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점을 논하고 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The study examined the relationship between career decision-making maturity levels and career decision-making difficulties. Through 347 junior and senior college students in South Korea, according to the career decision -making maturity level the students were classified the maturely group(141 students), middle group(165 students) and prematurely group(41 students). There were significant differences between three kinds of career decision -making maturity level. The results showed that vocational self-concept crystallization and depended decision -making were significant predictors of career decision-making difficulties. The two predictors were also significant in middle group. In maturely group only the vocational self-concept crystallization was a significant predictor. And there was not a significant predictor in prematurely group. Through the results, the theoretical and practical implications and limitations were discussed.
