행동억제와 행동활성 체계가 정서자각, 정서억제 및 정서표현을 매개로 한 대인관계에 미치는 효과

강화민감이론은 최근에 주목받는 성격이론이다. 본 연구는 강화민감이론의 행동억제와 행동활성 체계가 정서자각, 정서억제, 정서표현 및 대인관계와 어떤 관계가 있는지 그리고 정서자각, 정서억제 및 정서표현을 매개로 한 대인관계에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 동시에 강화민감이론의 하위체계 연결가설과 하위체계 분리가설 중 어느 것이 더 대인관계 예언에 적합한 지를 확인하고자 했다. 본 연구의 결과에 의하며, 행동억제체계는 정서자각과 대인관계와 부적 상관이 있고 정서억제와 정적 상관이 있는 반면에 행동활성체계는 정서자각과 정서표현 그리고 대인관계와 정적 상관이 있지만 정서억제와 부적 상관이 있었다. 하위체계 연결가설과 하위체계 분리가설 중에 하위체계 연결가설이 더 적합한 것으로 확인되었으며, 행동억제체계와 행동활성체계가 대인관계에 미치는 영향에서 정서자각, 정서억제, 및 정서표현의 매개 중에 정서자각과 정서억제를 주 매개로 대인관계에 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 논의에서 이러한 결과들의 의미를 논했다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between BIS/BAS and interpersonal relationship and the effect of emotional awareness, suppression, and expression as mediator in this relationship. At the same time, I want to identify which is better in separable subsystem hypothesis and joint subsystem hypothesis of Gray's reinforcement sensitivity theory to prospect the relationship of BIS/BAS and interpersonal relationship. Results found by correlation analysis, ANOVA, and structural equation modeling with a sample of 303 university students were as follows. First, joint subsystem hypothesis model was better to prospect the relationship. Second, there was negative correlation between BIS and interpersonal relationship, but there was positive correlation between BAS and interpersonal relationship. Finally, important mediator in relationship of BIS/BAS and interpersonal relationship were emotional awareness and emotional suppression. The implication of this results were discussed in discussion.
