부하가 지각하는 직속상관의 유머감각 및 유머스타일과 부하의 군생활 적응과의 관계

초록

본 연구는 군부대내에서 부하가 지각하는 1차 직속상관의 유머감각과 유머스타일이 부하의 군생활 적응과 어떠한 관계가 있는지에 대해 밝혀보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구대상은 육군에서 복무중인 병사 557명이며, 연구도구로는 유머감각, 유머스타일, 군생활 적응 척도를 사용하였다. 본 연구의 자료분석은 상관분석, 중다회귀분석이 사용되었다. 본 연구를 통해 나타난 결과는 부하가 지각하는 직속상관의 유머감각은 부하의 군생활 적응에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 유머선호가 유머생성에 비해 높은 설명력을 가졌다. 부하가 지각하는 직속상관의 유머스타일중 순응적 유머는 부하의 군생활 적응에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 비순응적 유머는 부하의 군생활 적응에 부정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 비순응적 유머가 순응적 유머에 비해 높은 설명력을 가졌다. 이를 통해 본 연구의 결과가 군 리더십과 관련하여 갖는 의의 및 시사점과 제한점에 관하여 논의하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship among the humor sense and style with one's senior and adjustment to military life which are recognizable to the subordinate. We sampled 557 soldiers in the Korea army. The instruments used were as follows: An humor sense scale, an humor style scale and a military life adjustment scale. The data were anayzed by Pearson correlations, as well as by multiple regression analysis. The results indicated that subordinate's recognize to direct control senior's humor sense had an positive effect on subordinate's military life. Additionally, it was found that adaptative humor had an positive effect on subordinate's military life adjustment. However, mal-adaptative humor had an negative effect on subordinate's military life adjustment.
