진로장벽 깨뜨리기 집단상담 프로그램이 여대생의 진로장벽 인식과 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 여대생이 인식하는 진로장벽을 극복하기 위한 진로상담 프로그램을 개발하여 적용하고, 그것이 여대생의 진로장벽 인식과 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 집단상담은 효과적인 운영을 위하여 모듈식으로 구안하고 개발과정은 계속적인 수정과 검토가 이루어지도록 4단계로 나누어 진행하였다. 프로그램의 내용은 마음과 마음을 여는 1회기를 시작으로 하여 여성의 역할갈등을 이해하는 역할퀼트 작업, 여성의 취업에 대한 고정관념을 깨기 위한 직업 가치관 설정하기와 자신의 진로탐색, 우리사회의 환경적인 진로장벽 요인들과 개인이 느끼는 심리내적인 진로장벽을 인식하는 진로성숙의 시간, 여성의 다중역할을 연기해보는 상황극, 현실과 이상을 좁혀가는 합리적 의사결정 시간, 취업 시장에 부딪쳐 자신의 꿈을 이룰 준비 작업의 시간, 마지막으로 날개를 펼치는 시간으로 총 8회기로 구성되었다. 연구 대상은 여자대학생 실험집단 88명, 통제집단 88명으로 구성하여 프로그램 실시 전과 후의 진로장벽 검사와 진로결정자기효능감 검사를 실시하고, 사전-사후검사 점수의 차이와 사후검사의 공변량 분석을 통하여 프로그램의 효과를 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 실험집단은 통제집단에 비하여 사후검사에서 의미 있는 점수의 변화를 보였다. 즉 실험집단의 여대생들은 진로장벽을 낮게 인식하여 극복하려는 의지가 상승되었고, 진로 자기효능감도 의미 있게 향상되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발한 집단 진로상담 프로그램은 여대생의 진로선택과 도전에 긍정적인 도움을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the Break Down The Women's Career Barriers Counseling Program for women college students upon their career barriers and career decision making self-efficacy. For this purpose, This program was developed. The fundamental structure of the program was composed mainly 8 stages. the samples of this study were female college students who volunteered to participate in the program. Out of 156 in the samples, 88 participated in the program while the remaining 88 didn't. As means of examining the effect of the program, career barriers inventory and career decision making self efficacy scale were employed. Findings of this study might be summarized as follows: First, the Break Down The Women's Career Barriers Counseling Program had a significant influence on career barriers of women college students. Second, the Break Down The Women's Career Barriers Counseling Program impacted on career decision making self-efficacy of women college students significantly.
