대학생 연인관계 향상 집단상담 프로그램 개발 및 효과 검증

본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 한 연인관계 향상 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하고, 이 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위해서 이루어졌다. 본 프로그램은 정여주 등(2011)의 관계적 자기를 바탕으로 한 연인관계 유형 파악과 공감능력 향상에 바탕을 두고 있으며, 예비 프로그램 실시와 9명의 전문가 자문을 통해 프로그램 내용을 보완하여 8회기로 구성되었다. K대학교에서 이 프로그램을 실시하여, 실험집단 15명, 통제집단 12명, 비교집단 11명에게 커플관계만족도, 자기분화, 공감능력을 사전, 사후에 측정하였다. MANOVA와 MANCOVA 검사 결과, 실험집단이 비교집단, 통제집단에 비해 커플관계만족도, 자기분화, 공감능력의 사후점수가 모두 높다는 결과를 얻었다. 또, 사전-사후 검사 결과를 비교한 결과, 실험집단에서 커플관계만족도, 자기분화, 공감능력이 통계적으로 유의하게 상승하였다. 본 프로그램에 참여한 대학생들의 집단참여목표 달성도를 살펴볼 때도 변화목표를 달성했다는 점을 알 수 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to develop love relationship enhancement program based on relational self and love relationship style and to validate the program. After 9 specialists reviewed the purpose and every session, 8-session program was developed. For experiment group, 15 university students participated in this program. 12 students were alloted in control group and 11 students were alloted in comparison group. All students finished couple relationship satisfaction scale, self development scale, empathy for the pre and post test. At the result of MANOVA or MANCOVA, students in the experiment group showed enhancement in love relationship compared to the control and the comparison group. Also, scores in post test increased compared to pre test in experiment group.
