회피애착과 외상 후 성장의 관계에서 정서적 자기노출의 매개효과

초록

본 연구는 회피애착과 외상 후 성장의 관계에서 정서적 자기노출이 매개하는지 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 대학생 377명을 대상으로 외상경험 질문지, 친밀관계경험검사 척도, 심리적불편감노출 척도, 외상 후 성장 척도를 실시하였고, 설문을 통해 학업․과업 문제, 대인관계 파탄, 적응의 어려움 등의 외상사건을 경험하였고, 이를 주관적인 고통으로 지각한 대학생 328명의 자료를 분석하였다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 연구모형과 경쟁모형을 설정하였고, 연구가설을 검증하기 위해 SPSS를 활용하여 기초통계분석과 AMOS를 활용한 구조방정식모형 검증 및 분석을 실시하였다. 모형검증 결과 연구모형인 부분매개모형이 가장 적합한 것으로 나타났으며, 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 회피애착은 외상 후 성장과 정서적 자기노출에 부적인 영향을 미쳤고, 정서적 자기노출은 외상 후 성장에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 회피애착과 외상 후 성장의 관계에서 정서적 자기노출이 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본연구의 의의와 한계 그리고 후속연구를 위한 제언에 대하여 논의하였다.

Abstract

The present study was aimed to investigate the mediating effects of emotional self-disclosure on the relationship between avoidance attachment and posttraumatic growth. 328 college students were recruited for this study. And they answered questionnaires to measure their questions about traumatic events, experience of close relationship-revised(ECR-R), distress disclosure index(DDI), korean version of the posttraumatic growth inventory(K-PTGI). Their responses analyzed by correlational analyses and structural equation modeling. The results were as follows. 1) Avoidance attachment on posttraumatic growth and emotional self-disclosure showed significant direct effects. And emotional self-disclosure on posttraumatic growth showed significant direct effects. 2) Emotional self-disclosure partially mediated the relation between avoidance attachment and posttraumatic growth. Finally, the implications and limitations of this study and suggestions for future research are discussed.
