단절 및 거절도식이 부부친밀감에 미치는 영향에서 지각된 배우자지지의 매개효과: 자기-상대방효과

본 연구는 자신이 지각하는 배우자지지가 단절 및 거절도식이라는 기제의 영향을 받아 부부 쌍방의 부부친밀감 형성에 어떻게 기여하는지 고찰해보고자 자기-상대방 상호의존모형(Actor-Partner Interde pendence Model: APIM)을 통하여 분석하였다. 조사대상은 서울, 경기, 전남에 거주하는 20대∼70대의 부부 247쌍(N=494명)으로 유의표집 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 단절 및 거절도식이 배우자지지, 부부친밀감과는 부적 상관이 높은 것으로 나타났고, 둘째, 남편의 단절 및 거절도식이 부부친밀감에 미치는 영향은 자신이나 상대방인 부인에게 영향을 미치지만, 부인의 경우는 자신의 부부친밀감에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 부부 상호간 변인들 간의 효과에서는 남편은 모든 변인들이 자신과 부인에게 직․간접적인 영향을 미치나, 부인의 경우 단절 및 거절도식이 부부친밀감에 미치는 영향에서는 자신에게 미치는 직접적인 영향은 있으나 상대적으로 남편에게 미치는 영향은 지각된 배우자지지에서만 나타났다. 결과적으로, 정서적 표현이 자유롭지 못한 남편들의 경우 지각된 배우자지지를 통한 부부친밀감을 매우 영향력 있게 지각하는 반면, 부인의 경우 스스로 느끼는 돌봄이나 안정감이 친밀감 형성에 기여함으로써 부부친밀감에 미치는 남편의 도식은 크게 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 제한점과 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this research was to explore how the perceived marital support is influenced by the mechanism of early disconnection and rejection schema, and contributes to the formation of marital intimacy of both married couples. Therefore, this was analyzed through the Actor-Partner Interdependence Model(APIM). The subjects of this study were 247 couples (N=494) among the 20s∼70s, living in the districts of Seoul, Gyeonggi, Jeonnam. The results of this study are as follows. First, early disconnection and rejection schema was found to be highly negatively correlated with marital support and marital intimacy. Second, the husband's initial disconnection and rejection schema affected the intimacy of himself or his wife's, but the wife's did only the intimacy of herself. Third, as a result of examining the effect between the variables of husband and wife, in the case of husband all the variables had direct or indirect influence on the husband and the wife. In the case of the wife, the effect of the disconnection and rejection schema on the marital intimacy had a direct effect on the actor, but the partner influence on the husband was found only in the perceived marital support. These results suggest that in the case of husbands who are not free of emotional expressions, they can feel the intimacy of married couples through the support of their spouses very strongly. Also, since the sense of care or secure that wives themselves feel contributes to the formation of intimacy, husbands' schema does not significantly affect their marital intimacy. Finally, based on the results of this study, limitations and suggestions for future research were discussed.
