(Work Interfering with Family; WIF)과 지속적 조직몰입과의 관계에서 정서적 고갈과 가족친화적 조직분위기 인식(Family Supportive Organization Perceptions; FSOP)의 역할을 조절된 매개효과 분석을 통해 확인하고자 하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of emotional exhaustion and family supportive organization perceptions (FSOP) in the relationship between work interfering with family (WIF) and continuance organizational commitment of married working mothers through moderated mediating effect analysis. The survey was conducted on 308 women who have children under 3rd grade of elementary school. Results suggest that emotional exhaustion fully mediates the relationship between WIF and continuance organizational commitment, and the interaction effect of emotional exhaustion and FSOP for continuance organizational commitment was also confirmed. Finally, as a result of analyzing the moderated mediating effects of WIF on continuance commitment, the negative effects of WIF on continuance commitment through emotional exhaustion are alleviated when FSOP is highly perceived. Based on the results, the implications and limitations of the study and suggestions for follow-up studies were discussed.
