체험형 창업교육 활성화를 위한 온라인 플랫폼 구축에 관한 탐색적 연구

최근 국내 창업교육은 급격한 양적 확산을 통해 창업교육 강좌 및 지원제도 등 환경적 요인은 충분해졌으나, 양질의 콘텐츠 및 교수 역량, 지역 및 대학 간 편차 해소 등 질적인 부분에 있어 새로운 변화와 보완이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 창업교육의 현황 진단 및 분석, 해외 창업교육 우수사례 검토 등을 통해 온라인 창업교육 플랫폼 구축 및 활용을 위한 탐색적 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 통해 향후 중장기적 관점에서 국내 체험형 창업교육 추진내용 및 방법, 운영 활성화 방안 등 질적인 영역에서의 고도화 기반을 제언하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 체계적인 온라인 창업교육 플랫폼을 구축, 활용하게 되면 창업교육 담당 교직원이 온라인 플랫폼을 통해 최신 창업교육 트렌드를 빠르게 접할 수 있고, 우수 커리큘럼을 창업 강좌에 적용할 수 있어 창업교육 수준이 상승할 수 있음을 강조하였다. 아울러 지방대학, 창업교육 후발대학 등 상대적으로 우수 멘토와 강사를 확보하지 못하는 대학들에게 양질의 창업교육을 제공할 수 있고, 분야별 현실감과 일관성 있는 멘토링을 실시하여 학생들의 실전 창업역량도 강화할 수 있게 될 것이며, 전국 단위의 대학 창업팀 발굴 채널을 마련함으로써 우수팀을 발굴할 수 있는 One-채널 구축이 가능할 것이다. 뿐만 아니라 온라인 창업교육 플랫폼 구축을 통한 연차별 조사를 통해 창업교육 효과 측정, 증거기반 교육 콘텐츠 개발, 추적조사 등 정책 발굴 및 누적 데이터의 확보가 가능하게 될 것이므로 학술적으로도 국내 창업교육 관련 연구조사의 기반을 마련할 수 있고, 질적인 종단 연구를 할 수 있는 표본 집단의 확보가 가능하게 될 것이다. 결론적으로 본 연구 결과는 대학 내 교수자, 교직원, 학생 들이 손쉽게 접근하고 활용할 수 있는 온라인 창업교육 플랫폼 구축 필요성, 구성 체계 및 주요 기능, 활용방안 및 기대효과 등에 대한 탐색적인 대안이 될 수 있으며, 향후 창업교육 교수자 및 학생, 수도권과 지역 대학 간 발생하고 있는 창업교육의 편차를 해소하고 질 좋은 창업 시뮬레이션 프로그램 운영 및 콘텐츠 지원에 도움에 될 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
Recently, through rapid quantitative expansion of entrepreneurship education within universities, infrastructure and environmental factors such as entrepreneurship education lectures and start-up-friendly academic system have become sufficient. New changes and supplements are required. Therefore, this study intends to present a diagnosis and analysis of the current status of domestic and foreign start-up education and improvement plans based on policy efforts and performance analysis such as the five-year plan for university start-up education and the start-up-friendly academic system. Through this, from a mid- to long-term perspective, we intend to suggest a foundation for upgrading in qualitative areas such as the contents and methods of domestic university start-up education, and operation plans. In particular, this study intends to suggest the necessity of establishing an online startup education platform that can be easily accessed and utilized by professors, faculty, and students in the university, its composition system and main functions, and its application and expected effects. Through this, it is intended to help to resolve the discrepancy in entrepreneurship education that is occurring between entrepreneurship education professors and students, the metropolitan area and local universities, and to provide high-quality start-up education operation and content support.
