Abstract

After this all treaty with western power and America established by international law. Thus Chosun abandoned a trimming and friendship policy of past-period and put into a real international law system. In this period on intellects of a GAEHWAPA was peoples enough to interest of international law. Among this people Yu Gil-Jun trusted international law in the early days, after 1900s his recognition of international law transfered. Or invasion of imperialism nations open recognition transfered into critically of international law utility. Thus his recognition of international law must survey with division period. Meanwhile, Park Young-Hyo's recognition of international law was quite a negative. It said that world-view of Park Young-Hyo influenced with HukuJawa Yugichi, because he represented the world situation into The Age of ChunQiuZhanGuo(~~~~"'ltll), but before this time we know that such a world view prevailed in Chosun. Thus after mid-1880s we know that among Chosun intellects exactly recognition of international law expansioned. In the last place Kim Ok-Kyn, Yun Chi-Ho, and Kim Yun-Sik have a trust and affirmative recognition in a document. Of course this people difficult to study because insufficient reference. But indivisual thought need to a supplement of reference and a detailed study because indivisual thought transfered with period and circumstance. Finally among the intellects of the GAEHW AP A first, a group of trust and affirmation second, such Yu Gil-Jun in the early days trusted but after a denial group, and such Park Young-Hyo all the time a denial group of international law. Thus we know that in the inner part of GAEHWAPA a various point of view in international law existed.
