三陟市 下長面 宿岩里 山城의 발견과 역사성 검토 - 『三國史記』 地理志의 三陟郡 竹嶺縣과의 관련성을 중심으로-

Abstract

This Mountain fortress walls(山城), which was found in Sugam-ri Hajang-myon Samchok city, is thought of the castle of the Three Kingdoms Age(三國時代) because it has same historical characters with castles located in south coast of the Namhan River(南漢江), and has relationship with expanding routes of Silla(新羅). Due to the founding of this Mountain fortress walls(山城), we know that there already existed a route toward lmgyemyon Gangneung city by way of Mt. Taeback(太白山) in Three Kingdoms Age(三國時代). In addition, this site has the same period with the activity of the highest monk Jajang(慈藏) in the SamGukYuSa(三國遺事), and if the route had existed when Jajang(慈藏) led an active life, the historical records of the SamGukYuSa(三國遺事) would have payed attention to. The location of this Mountain fortress walls(山城) is much valuable because of the guessing of the deep relation with the Jukkryoung-hyoun(竹嶺縣) among the four Hyoun(縣) in Samchokgun(三陟郡) appeared in the SamGukSaGi Jiriji(三國史記 地理志). It is necessary to do the survey and excavation in the future, besides, it must be found the history of this castle through excavation of the ancient tombs in Sugam-ri area.
