Abstract
This study is a basic study on Post-Traumatic Embitterment Disorder (PTED). Anger (PTED) is a universal emotion experienced by humans and appears frequently in daily life. Anger has a significant impact not only on an individual's psychological state, but also on interpersonal relationships and social interactions. Appropriate expression of anger can help protect individual rights and improve negative situations. However, inappropriate expression of anger can lead to aggression, violence, and a variety of mental health problems. Therefore, it is important to understand the nature of anger and its effects. Anger is generally defined as a strong negative emotion that appears in response to a threat or unfair treatment. The cause of anger is determined by many factors, such as an individual's personality, environmental factors, and social norms. The way anger is expressed varies depending on culture, gender, age, etc., and the way anger is expressed affects an individual's health and social relationships.
