재활동작에 따른 근활성도는 standing dynamic hug, external rotation과 press-up with scapular retraction에서 아래등세모근 활성도와 UT/LT비율이 집단 간 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, push-up plus 동작에서는 앞톱니근 활성도가 집단 간 차이를 나타내고, push-up on the ball에서는 UT/SA비율이 집단 간 유의한 차이가 나타났다. UT/LT비율이 가장 좋은 동작으로는 standing dynamic hug, external rotation, press-up with scapular retraction 동작으로 나타났으며, UT/SA비율이 가장 좋은 동작으로는 standing dynamic hug, push-up plus, push-up on the ball동작으로 나타났다.
Abstract
[INTRODUCTION] The purpose of this study is to investigate muscle activity during rehabilitation exercise in subjects with or without scapular winging. [METHODS] 40 male college students in their 20s to 30s, were divided into normal group(24.70±1.38years) and scapular winging group(26.88±1.73years). The subjects performed SSUP, SSTP, LSST2, LSST3 of clinical test for determine the asymmetry. Muscle activity of the upper trapezius, lower trapezius, and anterior serratus during 6 rehabilitation exercise were measured using surface electromyography. [RESULTS] There were significant differences between groups on SSUP, SSTP, LSST2, LSST3. Lower trapezius activity and UT/LT showed significant differences between groups on standing dynamic hug, external rotation, press-up with scapular retraction. Anterior serratus activity showed significant differences between group on push-up plus and UT/SA showed significant differences between groups on push-up on the ball. The exercises of standing dynamic hug, external rotation, press-up with scapular retraction were found to be the effective on UT/LT ratio and dynamic hug, push-up plus, push-up on the ball were found to be the effective on UT/SA ratio. [CONCLUSION] The subjects with scapular winging showed higher muscle activity in the upper trapezius and lower in the lower trapezius and anterior serratus. Therefore, we suggested that rehabilitation exercise is needed to improve for muscle balance and trainer should have a preference for exercise with high activation of the LT and SA and low activity of the UT.
