초록

Abstract

Inflamatory myofibroblastic tumor (inflammatory pseudotumor) is a term used to describe the space occupying the neoplastic the maxillary inflamatory myofibroblastic tumor is unknown. The diagnosis must be based on histological evidence to exclude other disease. We report a case of a 72-year-old patient with maxillary and nasal cavity inflamatory myofibroblastic tumor that simu-lated an invasive neoplasm in its clinical presentation, Radiologic findings showed near total coagulation necrosis histopatholo-gically.
